In order that registers and adjudication forms can be completed at the earliest opportunity I would request that all entry forms be forwarded direct to the appropriate Co-ordinator timeously.

Primary Schools Choral Festivals:

Choirs are required to sing two songs - firstly their warm-up choice (any Scottish tune) followed by a Test Piece.   Entrants are reminded that the Test Piece MUST be sung in unison and that choirs are restricted to a maximum of 30 and a minimum of 15 children participating.  The Adjudicator will allocate marks on the Test Piece only as the choir’s choice piece is seen as a warm-up song

Registration for the Primary Schools Choral Festival will take place between 11.00 am and 11.45 am.

A draw to determine the order in which choirs will participate will be made on the day.

An accompanist can be supplied if necessary and juice and crisps will be supplied to all participants at the end of the event.
