The Burns Federation – Yorkshire District

Our annual summer event will be held on 14 June 2008 at the West Bretton Memorial Institute, Wakefield.  Our host Society is the Wakefield Caledonian. 

The Inter-Society Crown Green Bowls Tournament for the Renwick Vickers Trophy will commence \at 1.00 p.m.  this is followed at 6.00 p.m. by our Annual General Meeting when the District Presidential Medallion will be passed from Ena Dixon of the Leeds Caledonian Society to Ian McMaster of the Clumber Burns Club.  The events will continue with the finals of the Inter-Society Quiz, the first rounds having been hosted by Bradford St Andrew’s Society and the Clumber Burns Club.
