people who are able attend the Atlanta Conference.
Dear Delegate, Regrettably, due to prior commitments and a heavy workload, no one from The World Burns Club team is able to join you at the annual conference of The Robert Burns World Federation in Atlanta. As some of you will be aware, the coming together of The World Burns Club Internet Site and The Burns Federation has been the culmination of nearly two years work resulting in the launch of the "Official Site" of The Robert Burns World Federation and the creation of the most definitive & authoritative Internet resource on Robert Burns. The opportunities that lie ahead and the projects currently being developed are very exciting and we are confident that all visitors to the site and Burns enthusiasts worldwide will be more than impressed. We are particularly delighted that Allan Wilson MSP, Deputy Minister for Sport, the Arts and Culture is able to be with you and that he will formally launch the new site during the conference. We trust that you will enjoy visiting the site regularly. Our focus has been to create an internationally user friendly interactive environment, through our live "Discussion Forum", our Monthly Newsletter - "Auld Lang Syne", Beginners Guides, Expert Analysis and extensive archives of Burns Poems, Letters, Translations, and related articles. In the meantime, we trust you will all enjoy a highly successful and most enjoyable conference in Atlanta and look forward to communicating with you through the site.
